Here at Petrotekno we make asphalt 100% recyclable.

When asphaltic pavement has lost its flexibility it starts to cracks and come off; that is the moment to replace it.

Petrotekno has developed an eco-friendly solution that restores the maltenes to pavement which has been degraded by aging. This procedure recovers the original physical and chemical properties; and through the introduction of polymers we can even surpass its original performance.

All this is made possible by proprietary technology which is the result of our own research, done to offer asphaltic pavement of the highest quality at a low cost.

The process can be summarized in three steps:

• Milling
• Recycling
• Applying

Through milling we extract the damaged asphalt.
The material we extract, called RAP, is recycled to a 100% in our plant.
Finally the placing and compacting of the recycled asphalt is done using conventional equipment.
